Whether you were dismayed or thrilled by Brexit and Trump, one thing the last year has demonstrated is the importance of having a voice. Make sure you make the most of your constitutional rights in this year’s BSGE Council Elections.

The process couldn’t be simpler: you can vote online via the dedicated BSGE Voting 2017 website using the same email and password as you have registered on the user sections of the website.

There are several positions up for election this year.

· Honorary Treasurer
· 4 vacancies for Senior Representative
· 1 vacancy for Trainee Representative
· Paramedic representative

The Society continues to use one of the single transferable vote methods, so members should list the each of the candidates they wish to vote for, in order of preference. Each registered member can only submit a single ballot entry and once submitted it cannot be changed, so consider your decision and check your form carefully!

If anyone needs a reminder of their password, click on the ‘Lost your password’ function on the webpage.

The vote closes on Friday, 28th April 2017 at 5 pm, so get voting now.

The results will be announced at the BSGE Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 18th May 2017 during BSGE Annual Scientific Meeting in Hull.
