    Dear All,

Seeking your opinion on management of new onset dyspareunia in a 51 yr old post menopausal female.

Examination revealed well estrogenised tissue and a 12 week size mobile fibroid uterus. There was no evidence of any recto-vaginal nodule or utero-sacral thickening

All swabs were normal. USS revealed a 7cm fundal intra-mural fibroid with no degenerative changes. There were no recto-vaginal or utero-sacral nodules or features suggestive of adhesions.

Patient is not keen on surgery.
